Digital Lab Support

Each year, our Digital Lab preserves approximately 10,000 historic images and documents, including original handwritten Boone County records. From early photographs to handwritten deeds and official county documents, this work safeguards irreplaceable pieces of our community’s story while making them available for research, education, and discovery.

Digitization requires specialized equipment, archival materials, and dedicated staff time.
